When opening the Dermloop Capture app and scanning the QR code, the app will have you sign in using either a dermloop.us or dermloop.io domain. If you are in the US and the domain says .io, the regional settings on your iPhone must be changed to the United States and vice versa. Here's how.
Regional settings (from US to DK or vice versa)
Steps:
Open Settings: Tap the "Settings" app icon on your iPhone's home screen.
Navigate to General: Scroll down and tap "General."
Select Language & Region: Tap "Language & Region."
Change Region: Tap "Region."
Choose Your Region: From the list, select either "United States" or "Denmark" as appropriate for your Dermloop account.
Confirm Restart (if prompted): Your iPhone may prompt you to confirm the change. Tap "Continue" or "Restart" if necessary. The iPhone will briefly restart to apply the new regional settings.
Once your iPhone has restarted, your Dermloop Capture app will now align with the selected regional settings, ensuring proper connectivity with your Dermloop account.
Beyond the essential regional settings, adjusting your iPhone 11's keyboard and auto-lock duration can significantly improve your experience with Dermloop Capture, especially during patient interactions.
